We spend years planning for education, career, success, and retirement—often running faster and faster in pursuit of them—but what about eternity?
Most people spend their entire lives pursuing answers to these questions.
Yet very few ever stop long enough to ask the most important question of all.
“Will You Go to Heaven When You Die?”
For many people, this “rat race” isn’t just a feeling—it’s a system shaping how success, identity, and purpose are measured. A way of living built on constant striving, pressure, and the promise that fulfillment is always just one achievement away.
If that description resonates, The Rat Race explores why this way of living feels so exhausting—and why recognizing it is often the first step toward clarity, purpose, and escape.

“…by His wounds we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5)
Jesus’ death on the cross purchased the cure—His blood cleanses sin and restores our spiritual health.
“…the blood of Jesus, His Son, cleanses us from all sin.” (1 John 1:7)
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16)
“This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.” (Matthew 26:28)
“He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by nailing it to the cross.” (Colossians 2:14, NLT)
Three days later, Jesus rose from the dead, proving His victory over sin and death.
But here’s the key—it’s not automatic.
You must personally accept His gift of salvation.
“Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out.” (Acts 3:19)
“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith… it is the gift of God—not by works.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)
What the Law reveals, the Cross removes.
Salvation is not about being “good enough” or performing religious rituals. It’s about personally receiving what Jesus has already done.
If you are ready to receive God’s gift, you can pray something like this:
“Dear God, I confess that I am a sinner and that I need a Savior. I believe Jesus died for my sins and rose from the dead. I turn from my sins and confess Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I trust in Him alone for forgiveness and eternal life. Thank You for Your grace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
The Bible promises:
“If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.“ (Romans 10:9-10, NIV)
